Prof. Jancy Helena Suyamprakasam is the Dean of Biomedical and Allied Health Sciences at All Nations University since 2023. With a PhD in Nursing, she stands out as a distinguished academician in the Nursing program. As the Dean, she is pivotal as a strategic architect of nursing education. Her leadership ensures that the School of Biomedical and Allied Health Sciences at All Nations University serves as a benchmark for excellence in the clinical training of future healthcare professionals. She has been instrumental in spearheading curriculum innovations that align with contemporary healthcare demands. Moreover, her status as a sought-after resource expert at various conferences and seminars, where she has shared her insights and innovative ideas. Beyond her administrative duties, she is deeply committed to the 'holistic development' of her students. She views mentorship as a cornerstone of nursing excellence, having nurtured numerous nurses who now hold leadership positions worldwide. She leaves a legacy of high clinical standards and unwavering ethics through the many nurses she has educated. She is known for creating a supportive, high-achieving environment where students are inspired to combine clinical expertise with compassionate care.
