The Office of University Advancement, Recruitment and Research (OUARR) serves as ANU's strategic hub for institutional growth, external engagement, and resource mobilization. Our mandate encompasses building sustainable funding streams, strengthening alumni connections, expanding student enrollment, promoting research excellence, and elevating ANU's brand nationally and internationally.
Our fundraising strategy prioritizes diversified revenue streams through corporate partnerships, foundation grants, alumni giving, and diaspora engagement. We actively cultivate relationships with corporate foundations aligning partnership proposals with ANU's distinctive strengths in Christian higher education, women's empowerment, and African-centred curriculum innovation. Alumni relations focuses on lifecycle engagement, from graduation to career advancement to philanthropic giving. We work to build a vibrant alumni community that mentors current students, provides career pathways, and contributes to institutional development through giving campaigns and volunteer involvement.
Student recruitment leverages ANU's unique value proposition: Total Personality Development within a Christian environment, practical curriculum aligned with industry needs, and pioneering programmes such as our AfCFTA-integrated Business Administration degree. We target undergraduate and postgraduate students, international learners, and working professionals seeking flexible pathways to advancement.
Corporate partnerships, foundation grants, individual giving, endowment building, campaign planning and execution, donor stewardship, and compliance with philanthropic regulations.

The Alumni Relations unit manages engagement with ANU graduates across Ghana and the diaspora. Our objectives include maintaining an updated alumni database, facilitating networking opportunities, connecting alumni with mentorship programmes, promoting alumni giving, and showcasing alumni achievements. We manage the alumni lifecycle from graduation through career advancement, creating pathways for graduates to contribute to ANU's continued development through volunteerism, expertise sharing, and philanthropic support.
OUARR's fundraising strategy emphasises diversified revenue streams aligned with ANU's distinctive institutional identity. We pursue corporate partnerships with institutions and foundations, positioning proposals around our unique strengths: Christ-centred education, Total Personality Development, women's empowerment, AfCFTA curriculum innovation, and decolonised pedagogy. Our approach includes scholarship fundraising, infrastructure development campaigns, research funding, and endowment building for long-term institutional sustainability.

Our recruitment strategy positions ANU's unique value proposition: transformative higher education in a Christ-centred, multi-ethnic environment fostering truth, integrity, and Total Personality Development. We emphasise our pioneering AfCFTA curriculum integration, practical industry-aligned programmes, and holistic student development.
