The department organises morning devotions for students and faculty in the university's mid-week gathering, led by faculty and student leaders.

Career and Chapel Service
ANU organises career and chapel service every Wednesday for students as a form of career and moral advancement. The Chaplaincy uses the career service as a platform to expose students to the corporate world by inviting accomplished professionals to share their skills and experiences. Chapel service centres on prayer, worship and reflection on the Word of God.
Spiritual Formation
The chaplaincy provides worship, teaching and mentoring that help students cultivate lasting Christian character and purposeful service.
Counselling
The chaplaincy works with students through pastoral conversations, prayer and confidential support for personal and spiritual wellbeing.
Pastoral Care
Students and staff can access compassionate pastoral guidance during transitions, difficult seasons and important life decisions.
Worship and Prayer
University worship gatherings create space for prayer, reflection and a shared expression of faith across the ANU community.
Community Outreach
The chaplaincy encourages service beyond campus through ministry, charitable initiatives and partnerships with local communities.

Directorate
- The University Chaplain is appointed by the President.
- Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Chaplaincy.
