Dr Richard Amoako is a results-oriented Human Resource Management instructor with broad experience in human resource management, including human resource management policy development, performance management, compensation, benefits administration. I have 3 years of teaching experience with a passion for cultivating enjoyable and productive teaching and learning environment. Dr Richard Amoako holds a PhD in Management Science & Engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China. He specialised in Electronic Human Resource Management from the public sector perspective. He is currently the Head of Department of Management Studies at All Nations University.
